What was involved?
My garden really needed to be worked on, it was a mess. Ken dug it all up and started from scratch. The path was extended, a new wall was built, grass was put down and everything landscaped. It's beautiful now, I'm really delighted with it.

How did you choose Ken Eccles Decking, Landscaping and Patios?
I saw Ken's advert in the local paper. I had already spoken to a few landscapers but wasn't impressed with any of them. They didn't come with portfolios or anything. One of them said that he could "see in his head" what I wanted. That wasn't good enough for me. Ken was different, he came with a complete portfolio of his previous work and a list of references. He's also a gentleman.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ken Eccles?
I did, yes.

Did Ken introduce new ideas?
He did, Ken gave me good advice on how to look after the lawn, the frequency needed to maintain it and how to best care for my new roses on the wall.

How did the project run?
Great. Ken was here every morning right on time and was here until the work he had set out for himself was done. He kept himself busy all day and wouldn't even come in for a cup of tea.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Ken Eccles Decking, Landscaping, Patios?
Ken did everything I asked him to do and I'm delighted with my new garden. It's all so beautiful now.

Would you recommend Ken Eccles Decking, Landscaping, Patios to others?
I've already told 3 people about Ken and passed his number onto them. I would pay to have him back again myself.

Keep checking and checking until you find the right person. When you finally meet them, you'll know.
