What was involved?
We have a pretty big garden that had been nothing but topsoil. Ken put down a new lawn for us and built decking at the top of the garden and at the back as well.

I found out about Ken from an advertisement in a local paper. He showed me photographs of previous work he had completed, we discussed what I wanted done and his quote for the work was very good. I found Ken to be very friendly and easy to deal with.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ken Eccles?
I really didn't, no.

Did Ken introduce new ideas?
Ken was great about sitting down and going through everything with you. His portfolio was a big help in showing what types of things were available, what was possible and what he recommended. He really put me on the right track.

How did the project run?
Very, very good. I couldn't fault Ken at all. He was very reliable, always on time and was very clean and tidy which is important to me because I have a young child walking around.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Ken Eccles Decking, Landscaping and Patios?
The biggest benefit of using Ken was that I ended up with a beautiful garden. He gave me exactly what I wanted.

What's your favourite part now?
I really can't pick a favourite part, I love it all.

I would recommend Ken to anybody.

I would advise anyone to contact Ken, he's very good and goes through everything step by step. Ken makes everything easy to understand.
